I missed one appt in 13 years... had a tragedy occur in my family... then we not grant me my formula, when I wrote to Shaina, the owner... They were unkind during a tragedy ... Unkind treatment... Insensitive to not forgive after tragedy... Unkind- Compassionate treatment... Respect and, Resiliency wd have been acceptable...
