I seen the good ratings here and love west indian cuisine and said hey let's give it a try. This experience was terrible. Upon entering the host was entertaining the bar, everyone looked as if they didn't know what to do until I asked can I seat myself and was abruptly and passively addressed no when there was only 10 people present for an intimate setting restaurant. Over easy eggs not over, fried too hard, grits not the best. Needs to more cooking and it was salted. No shrimp now ackee for the ackee n saltfish. Not happy!

Buyer beware: business practice that border on the unethical/sneaky. They automatically charge 20% gratuity to ALL tables (we had a two top) and this is something that's in the fine print like a shady contract, not overtly stated or made obvious. As a two top, this is not something we were on the look out for, only after the fact did we realize, they had received nearly a 50% tip. Also took a while to get physical menus as we didn't have our phones for the QR code. Won't be going here again.
