The amount of waste this company produces is alarming. Brand new lumber,half sheets of drywall, brand new roof trusses all thrown into dumpsters on a daily bases they care only about speed and money the give zero thought to the environment. Do not buy homes from this company they are not good for our planet.
The city manage is a liar. They tell you what you want to hear. Only 1 thing matters to them = share holders. They DO NOT care about homeowners, employees, or vendors. Please look at ALL reviews. Tik-Tok, Google, etc.
Worst home buying experience ever! They made tons of mistakes and give you the go around about fixing things. Choose another builder, don’t make the same mistake we did!!
