Their ring repair service is very fast. They tightened the loose stones, resized, and cleaned three rings for about $300 and did it in a day. The rings look great. However, I didn’t get good service on identifying what kind of metal something is or identifying your ring size. One worker would say a piece was genuine gold, but then a second worker would say it wasn’t. They also said my finger was a smaller size than it actually was when I got my ring resized for it. Belle Jewelers is our go to jeweler for when we are looking to make a purchase. Joe M. did a real nice job when we were inquiring into purchasing a charm bracelet for our mother's birthday. He took down all the details, verified the names for the charms and made sure it arrived in time for her birthday party. The bracelet turned out great & our mother loved it.
