As I was looking to move into a new apartment I enjoyed reading all of the reviews, which they kind of strayed me away from Belle Harbor, however, I went with my gut and decided to move in. The staff has been nothing but helpful to me the entire time I have been here. They even helped me move in! Maintenance was always prompt and done correctly. The nearby tenants have been nothing but friendly to me as I was new to town. I would highly reccommend Belle Harbor to anyone who is looking for a new place in the heart of Racine!
