Ms. Ingrid is by far the best hairdresser I've been to; she creates such a comfortable, warm, and friendly environment. She did an amazing job on my hair. I was really nervous relaxing my natural hair for the first time, but it was definitely worth it, and I am so very excited about my new hair journey. So grateful I found a wonderful hairdresser like Ms. Ingrid.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Ingrid. I had an appointment scheduled for my daughter's prom hair, a truly important day for her, and unfortunately, Ingrid did not show up at all. Despite explaining the significance of this appointment to Ingrid beforehand, my daughter and I were left waiting for an hour. Shout out to Ingrid for cultivating an amazing hair care experience! I went in with some anxieties knowing that I needed a hair cut after not properly taking care of my bleached hair and Ingrid made me feel more comfortable about my decision.
