I had to board my shy labrador on short notice. Belle Creek Kennel staff was friendly and worked with me to provide the type of service to which my dog was accustomed. Because I was at the time physically unable to pick my dog up, staff of Belle Creek Kennels delivered him to my home happy, relaxed, and cleaner than when I left him. Thank you Belle Creek Kennels.

I would put zero stars if I had the choice. When I picked my dogs up they had calluses on their legs from sitting on cement all day. There were no other dogs out in the yard besides the owner's dogs. The place looked like hoarders and all of the dogs were barking. When my dogs came out they appeared to be shell-shocked. They did not recognize me. I have used this kennel for many years to board my dogs. I have found them to be very responsible and caring toward my pets. I have toured the kennel without advance notice and have always found the premises to be satisfactory. And my dogs always come home happy and healthy. Before I began boarding at Belle Creek, I used pet sitters. It was difficult for me emotionally to board my dogs for the first time. We have used this kennel several times. Our dogs have always come home healthy and happy. They have always been clean. The kennel pays vet bills if the pet becomes ill or injured. We have not been able to use it. The dogs seem to enjoy going back there.

I took my dog here and was going on vacation for a week. Dog was very healthy and happy when I left her there, when I came back to pick her up, she had a hard time getting up off the floor, she was in an undersized cage, was very sick, and she was DANGEROUSLY THIN, I could count her ribs. I was so shocked and scared for her life that I immediatly took her to the vet. Vet said she had lost dangerous amount of weight and questioned if she had been fed in the last week. misinformation regarding pickup times resulted in being charged for an extra day. incovenient pickup time on sundays. SMELLS HORRIBLE INSIDE. rude management. do NOT kennel your dogs here. paid extra $ for one-on-one playtime, but couldn't be provided with details when i asked what his playtime consisted of. he probably didn't even get one. find a different kennel!
