Stay far away from this business!! We purchased an acre of land from them with many promises on road repairs and upkeep (private road in a subdivision) and 3 years later nothing has been done. My 1 year old vehicle has had to have many repairs due to the roads condition...Our kids can’t ride their bike and it’s a complete embarrassment to have anyone come visit.
They sell you land and make promises to fix roads. They will never follow through.
