I think the house was not perfect when we got it needed lots of touch ups but Scott the construction manager make sure that almost all of them were fixed . There are some details that were missed , I can say the house was better than what I was expecting.

Moved in a year ago today 4/3 and I can say it was quite a bit of issues I had with things not fully being done but I can say once I called the community manager at the time he was right on it and got things done! I am concerned about the end of my driveway being rough and pieces of cement coming up to me once you moved in they need to have the end of drive ways re did I’m not happy at all with mines!
