Amy found my post that I posted on Mesa Living Facebook Group as I was in search of hairstylist that could help my sister’s hair getting done before our upcoming trip. So many stylists I reached out to never got back to me but Amy was very responsive and had fast availability! She treated my sister well and made her comfortable for her first time salon experience. Amy is fantastic and did a wonderful job with my curly hair. Found her through a community page with someone else seeking a stylist experienced with curly hair. I chose her too for her holistic approach to hair care and products. She listened to me in what I wanted and she delivered and more!! The steam treatment is a must and highly recommended. I love with my curls and feel like a new woman. ❤️Cannot wait to come back!!
She was nice.. but she left my boyfriends hair completely chopped and decided to blame it on us for not having the right inspo pics? Isn’t that a professionals job to ensure the inspo is appropriate for the hair type? I hate leaving these types of reviews, but it’s clear she needs training on curly cuts, which is fine, but don’t say you can do something if you can’t. First pic is inspo, second is his hair an hr after getting it done. Would not recommend.
I wasn’t going to leave a bad review. Honestly, I tried to be really understanding. But after how I was treated just for politely saying this wasn’t the right fit? Yeah—people need to know. I had my hair done here twice. The first time, the root blending was super harsh, like a solid line where the dye started. I came back and asked for it to be softened—pretty standard, right?
