Not professional at all!!!
Very Unprofessional!! I contacted her a month before my requested appointment date and was told to wait until a week before appointment to book. I followed instructions and contacted her a week before the same appointment date that was requested and was told she would be out of town. I asked her for a referral via text and received a phone call from braided with a nasty attitude. I was looking forward to getting my hair done with her but will never book with this unprofessional stylist.
Still waiting on a call back for appointment scheduling. Was told by owner will check schedule and call me back by the next day. Waited all weekend and did not get a call back as promised. Its been two weeks and still no call back. I guess my time and service need is not valuable to you or your business. Didn't get a chance to use this business.
