Horrible company. Not even sure how they are still in business. No customer service. Very poorly run company.
Great Customer Service very helpful- Had some custom items made up and they came promptly...Actually early. About a week later, Jacquie followed up with us out of the blue. Highly recommended will be our primary glass co from here on out.
Got some equipment and it came in broken, called Bellco glass inc and they said it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't do anything to help\replace the broken equipment. I would not recommend the company anymore, i don't know what management is doing there but it's not the great place to get laboratory equipment anymore.
I have been purchasing products from Bellco for 15 years and have never had a problem. Most of these reviews seem fake to me. I know for a fact that they go above and beyond for customers that have issues and even the ones that do not. The woman for customer service is beyond caring and has always been a great help to me and past colleagues.
