I’ve been with Bellco for years. I have only done personal banking but no complaints!
Buyer beware. Had nothing but problems making principle only payments for over a year before they finally told us they didn't accept principle only payments, that you have a four day window after your monthly payment in order for a payment to apply to principle only. Refinanced to a better rate, unsecured loan, went to pay off our vehicle and SURPRISE, that amount "exceeds their MONTHLY transfer limit". Never have been jerked around by a bank so much, won't ever again.
I had applied for a loan got very little feedback and no follow up. Manager said they could have the loan redone but also did not follow up like they said they would. I ended up going somewhere else.
I’ve had nothing but a great experience so far.
