I have been dealing with Bellbrook Lawn Equipment for more than ten years, and in that time I have dropped in for emergency help on a mower or trimmer numerous times. Every single time the owner dropped what he was doing and immediately got me back on the job as quickly as possible. Twice he came to where I had the mower breakdown and fixed it. I believe his prices are very competitive, but where this business really stands out is in the area of customer service. I am a customer for life.
Tried to book my mower in for a repair. He was so negative, saying it would be over 3 weeks, did I still want to bother? When I said yes, he let out a big sigh. He then started filling out a form asking for my details in an aggressive tone as though he just did not want my business. I would have walked away then, but I really needed my mower fixed.
