Do not tour these apartments through tour 24 (takes you to this directly from their bellbrook website). I signed up to do a tour online and it gives you access to a unit for 30 minutes. The text messages and app were deceiving giving me two different unit addresses in the complex. Both appeared to have residents in the unit, which would be extremely frustrating for those living there. I tried calling the leasing office twice for help and no return from my voicemail even weeks later.
Unprofessional- when inquiring about details about the place I was given insufficient information- unless asked. Communication was limited and poor. There must be only one property manager since I had to wait for her to be back from being out of office, the place got leased at some point during these 3 weeks of waiting period, I emailed to confirm a day before my tour date since I had not received any type of confirmation or updates- didn’t see a reply until after I texted the morning of- got canceled on the day of my tour b... read more
Poor communication. Leasing office and property management can be better at working with a potential tenant to move in as soon as it is available but instead they will wait until your tour date and cancel due to leasing the place to someone else without letting you know. Extremely unprofessional and could have been avoided.
Bellbrook has been a great place to live. The units are clean and well maintained, it is in a quiet neighborhood, and the property group is very easy to work with and get ahold of if you have any questions or concerns. The property group, BHI, takes good care of their facilities and tenants. This past winter, they were out first thing to start plowing and shoveling the snow. They had a faster response time than any other apartment I've lived in. I would highly recommend Bellbrook or any of BHI's other properties.
