They really outdid themselves! It was my sister's first, very pregnant, Mother's Day, and they turned my order around in practically minutes! I live out of state and looked up the closest, best florist near her in Naperville and now they'll be my go-to's for as long as she's out there. So impressed.

They delivered the flowers and left them outside. Didn’t ring my doorbell or knock. After getting them in, the flowers on one side were actually broken. They looked terrible. I called & all the lady would say is I’m sorry. My daughter lives in California, I had to call & tell her. Telaflora reimbursed her & apologized. I think the person who made them & delivered them should have done something.

A very sweet dear friend ordered flowers for me that were left when I wasn’t home Sunday evening, We brought them in and thought the many drooping flowers would perk up by morning. They didn’t, and so I called and left a message sharing my disappointment. No one ever called me and now 6 are shriveled and dieing and more following…and that should not be. Who wants a floral arrangement that has wilted then just closes up…costing a hefty price and no response for it. Referrals are important.

Terrible!!!! Flowers were delivered with nobody home to receive them so they left them outside in sub zero weather. Flowers dead and vase cracked. Been trying to contact the florist by phone and email no response.
