Love their flowers and the store, I’ve recently started buying flowers from them and all flowers are fresh and pretty, the roses are so big, every time I go inside the store, my heart fills up with joy. I just like looking around the store because all the plants and flowers they have are so pretty

They really outdid themselves! It was my sister's first, very pregnant, Mother's Day, and they turned my order around in practically minutes! I live out of state and looked up the closest, best florist near her in Naperville and now they'll be my go-to's for as long as she's out there. So impressed.

They delivered the flowers and left them outside. Didn’t ring my doorbell or knock. After getting them in, the flowers on one side were actually broken. They looked terrible. I called & all the lady would say is I’m sorry. My daughter lives in California, I had to call & tell her. Telaflora reimbursed her & apologized. I think the person who made them & delivered them should have done something.
