Terrible!!!! I said to leave the length to my shoulders!!! and she left my hair down to the nape of my neck!!! I told her curtain bangs under the nose and she left one shorter than the other. Half my head is longer than the other. I'm sorry Abi, you are kind and very lovely, I really trusted the process but I was disappointed. Your haircut skills are unacceptable.
