This Spa and Alicia are amazing! !! It was so nice to finally find a place where customer service was priority. I have had many different services done by Alicia and I always leave the Spa feeling relaxed,refreshed and above all totally satisfied.

Ashley was amazing with me and my niece when we came in, and fit us in quickly for an appointment. It was my nieces first manicure, and she is still talking about it (and Ashley) weeks later. Ashley even put little flowers on her nails. I wish I still lived in Orillia so I could go here more often.
