My experience with Bella wood has been nothing but phenomenal. Ms. Laura has been trying to assist me for months. And when this December special came, it was a blessing in disguise. I enjoy my 3bd apartment. I have had no complaints so far. I appreciate everything they have done. I do believe that a little more explanation in breakdown of costs would be helpful but other than that I have had.No complaints. I'll start by saying this is an okay place to live. Maintenance normally responds quickly, and I know they're busy as I see them walk back and forth doing stuff all the time through my ring camera. I like being close to major stores as well. Laura is my leasing agent and has been pleasant the entire time we've been here. They regularly spray the apartments for pest with Orkin which is nice. Ms. Laura was phenomenal during the whole process of applying for the application!! Her personality is so warm and welcoming and she took the time to explain in detail and answer any questions I may have had. I cannot wait until I move in to my new apartment in a few days!! I already feel safe, secure and welcomed already.
Complex is well maintained. Laura was most helpful though out the leasing process. Everything was explained and all of our questions were ans.
I had a great experience with Miss Laura during the move in process. She made everything very easy with no stress while at work. She's the best, professional and very detailed. Please see Miss Laura if you are in need of an apartment. Grounds are beautiful.
