While I haven't moved in yet, I can genuinely say I've had a wonderful experience. I've been on the hunt for an apartment that I felt safe in, that would be a quiet environment. Deplorable application process, completely mismanaged experience. Leslie, the overly bubbly clueless leasing agent is scattered brained and lacking the appropriate information to give serious prospective tenants transparency and ease of process. Bellawood has dozens of apartments vacant listed online for weeks. I was initially rushed to apply under the soft threat of “they may be gone if you wait!You should apply ASAP” Standard sales tactic. Nice apartments but rodents are a problem
Just moved in a week ago and the complex is really nice and cleaned up. The room is really nice and there is plenty of sidewalk and grass area for dogs! Our leasing agent is Mrs. laura is the best. Very kind and patient with us. Overall a great place!
I was looking for a place to live that made me feel like i could call it home, there is a ton of care that goes on in and outside of the property, Laura helped me out a ton with any questions i had and was always welcoming towards myself and others. Im happy to come here after work everyday to a place like this and see how gorgeous it is.
