I wish I made enough money to live in this neighborhood. I know it well, and it's a wonderful neighborhood to live in.
Great homes. I bought in January. Gitte and her team are awesome at giving out great information. Houses are built well and very energy efficient with great location. Always got back with me in a timely manner when I had questions through the process. Very nice and not pushy like some I had talked with at other places.
The overall neighborhood quality managed by home creations is terrible! Multiple yards completely overgrown and the HOA that home creations has 100% control of is non existent. Over the past year home creations keeps telling the neighborhood that they will be giving control of the HOA to the residents, but they just keep delaying it! Overall this really brings down the quality of the neighborhood and for a developer trying to sell homes really shows that they don't care about quality.
