Went in today, Wednesday, May 20th at around 12:30 PM, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with a Hispanic lady with black hair who was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude toward us. She showed no customer service skills and looked upset from the beginning. I ignored the first rude comment she made, but when we were trying to pay, the payment machine wasn’t responding on our end. Went here on a whim and im so glad I did, I got the big apple square, tres leche, and baklava and all were really good! Tres leche hit tho that was the favorite, i was welcomed and the guy was very nice! Definitely check this spot out, pricing is good, friendly and foods delicious!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.. Came in to order a birthday cake for my 2-year-old and left honestly shocked by how we were treated. The employee we dealt with was rude and had zero patience—directed at a toddler. There’s no excuse for that. If someone doesn’t have the patience to deal with families and young children, they shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role—especially in a place that literally sells birthday cakes.
