I left a upsetting previous review but i'm here to leave a more constructive one I guess, I experienced poor communication with in the service, the owner reached out to me explaining everything which helped cleared everything, when I showed them my issue they stopped replying to me, as a first time customer I won't come back ever
Mayra did an amazing job on my lashes and brows! She really took the time to ensure everything came out well in prep for a wedding. I would highly recommend!
Veronica was incredibly kind and attentive. She thoroughly explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. She explained the reason behind the misalignment of my eyebrows and provided guidance on how to achieve the desired look. The studio and the overall ambiance were pleasant, and I’m definitely planning to return.
Jen was very nice and gentle with her work on my brows. The whole process was very smooth and she included me in every step. They turned out great and I will definitely be coming back.
