I have been coming here a few times now and first time exp was not good. But gave it another chance seond time was good. I went w a friend a 3rd time she had a bad exp she did not get a complete pedi service like me. ☹️
I’ve been a regular here for years. The technicians are great. The issue is that the last few times I’ve been here the receptionist sucks. I schedule my appointments a month in advance and somehow when I arrive they don’t have anyone to do my Gel X. Why schedule an appointment if you won’t get what you need? I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until they hire a better person to run the scheduling.
This place is a hit and miss. They have teenage girls as receptionists with the worst attitude in the world - specially the one with the pink hair at the front. She spends her time scrolling through her phone and then gives people attitude when asked a question.
