Absolutely HORRIFIC experience — I am still furious! DO NOT, under any circumstances, go here for waxing. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Their website lists waxing as a service, but that’s a total joke — they clearly have no trained estheticians. The person who worked on me had no clue what she was doing. She left hair everywhere (I had to go home and shave afterward!), used some random wax that felt unsafe, and yanked my skin so aggressively that I ended up with bruises and blood clots on my hands. I had the most amazing experience at Bella's Nails and Spa today! Paola is an absolute artist - she created the most stunning set of acrylic nails for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I sat down, Paola was attentive, professional, and genuinely passionate about her work. She took her time to make sure every detail was flawless, and it really shows.
