I had made an appointment for a powder manicure. Despite having an appointment there were only two manicurists that ended up working on 4-6 clients simultaneously. Not good customer service and it took a lot longer than it needed to because they had overbooked. They charged me ten dollars more than price listed which is more than I pay in NYC. This is an excellent, clean, lovely nail salon. All of the employees do beautiful work. I’ve been here many times, and then today during an appointment I didn’t feel well and they were so kind and helpful to me. The women who work here are wonderful people. I will continue to enjoy visiting this great place!
The place was very clean and the people were friendly. For the price point, my dip nails did not last even two weeks before starting to chip and lose any shine they had.
