I believe it was Bella that helped me, but the service was quick and effortless. I brought in my Tissot for resizing, and she did it right on the spot. Family owned spot off the CA-111. She seemed very appreciative that I came in for her services. Honestly, not an upscale place or what would "appear" to be well established. Appearances are subjective, and I am a results based person. I would recommend for simple watch repair as that is what I had done. Cheers.
