This place is a hidden gem in Carrboro! Every time we go, we are shocked that it has not been discovered. The brunch is fantastic!! Lots of options and delicious, fresh food. The biscuits beat any game in town. Easy parking situation, dog-friendly outdoor seating, and nice indoor atmosphere.
Stopped by Bella's today for lunch and was very pleased. Actually, their early meal is brunch but the menu has both breakfast and lunch fare with plenty of choices in each category. I opted for a turkey melt sandwich. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful and the preparation was excellent. I was so disappointed with Bella's. I had been hoping to go for months, and my husband and I finally decided to go for dinner on our wedding anniversary. I've honestly never had a worse experience at a restaurant. We ordered the steak au poivre, medium. We were served two tough, leathery, over-done cuts of meat. This place has become a weekend ritual of sorts. Great food, best omellate, and biscuits as good if not better than Rise.
