I reached out to this company based on positive reviews, but my experience on the phone wasn’t very smooth. The representative was difficult to talk to, and when I explained that I needed pest control to coordinate with a roofing company we’re hiring for a potential rodent issue, I was told they couldn’t schedule in advance. Instead, they advised me to call back just a few days before the roofing work. I found this approach frustrating, since scheduling ahead of time seemed like it would make coordination easier.
Everything went smoothly except for the damage done to my cable satellite dish, which had to be replaced.
Bella's has been the best, most consistent vendor we have had since moving into the neighborhood. They are quick to respond, professional, and always have suggestion upon suggestion to help solve whichever problems encroach onto our property. Thank you, Bella's!
