I have to say this place is beyond TOP NOTCH! Kim made us all feel like queens, especially my future daughter-in-law Julie Arledge. She could not of had a better bridal experience! She said yes to the dress!
Thank you Kim and all of your staff for going the extra miles for us and everyone else. You showed us great dresses, answered all our questions, let us be crazy.....you made our day....my daughters day marvelous. She got the prettiest dress ever.
I loved the customer service and selection of wedding dresses! I went to davids bridal and I would have payed the same price but for a plain boring dress. And at davids bridal I made an appt but was having to share the employee with someone else so I stood around in a dress waiting for the employee to come help me. But At bellas I got to pick out all the dresses I wanted to try on and I didn't have to share the employee that was helping me with anyone and I said yes to the perfect dress :)

We had an amazing experience today! Meghan was our consultant and she was so personable & friendly. I felt comfortable with her and she made me feel very special! The store was neat and clean. I really enjoyed wedding dress shopping at Bella's. I highly recommend it!

Everyone in the store was so sweet and helpful! My one and only dress I tried on ended up being my perfect dress! We had Kim who was on top of everything to make sure our order was placed and delivered at the right time and she did just that! I went to Bella's today with my Mom and future mother-in-law to try and find my wedding gown. I had the BEST experience and will recommend Bella's to everyone who is getting married. The bridal consultant, Carolyn, made our experience so wonderful. I couldn't be happier about my dress or the experience I had. Thank you so much Carolyn for being so attentive to what I had in mind and hand picking my dream dress. I can't wait to wear it!
1.) They forgot to order my veil (Until i asked about it six months later) 2.) I had to correct my bridesmaids' dress orders three times (they made half of them short, they made my jr bridesmaid's dress the wrong color, and then they made half of them short again) 3.) Nobody could tell me what the final order for my bridesmaid's dresses looked like so i just had to hope and pray that they finally got it right. 4.) Thanks for your feedback. I'm so sorry you had these issues. We have changed managers and the consultant you worked with is no longer at Bella's. She has been gone over 6 months. We have a new computer system and an excellent, knowledgeable, friendly staff. We always look for ways to improve and are hopeful that all of these issues have been resolved through continuous training. 😄
I got my wedding dress here today, and it is everything I have ever dreamed it would be! My consultant Darrelle was absolutely the best too! Everyone in Bella's is extremely nice and will go out of there way to find the perfect dress for you!
