This is long, but please read if you are considering Bella's. My appointment was July 23rd, 2017. If I could get 0 stars I would!! When I went to find my dress the store had major flood damage and yet they still worked with me and helped me find the dress of my dreams. I tried on so many dresses but none compared to the selection that Bella's had. Their selection is unbeatable and their staff is excellent. I couldn't have had a better experience.
Found my perfect dress yesterday! The ladies at Bella's are fantastic! Carolyn, my consultant, was wonderful. She was very patient with me and help me find the perfect dress!

I am so sorry to hear about your experience and want to apologize for the confusion. We steam all of our dresses before pickup and usually suggest a personal steamer for our brides who live farther away in case any wrinkles happen in transit. We were closed July 3 so anyone you saw in our store was cleaning crew helping us after the recent flood damage. The aesthetic and helpfulness of Bella's Bridal & Formal will make you feel like a true princess! Carolyn was my consultant, and she's been nothing but a huge help thus far. I was struggling to find a dress, but she's so good at her job that she picked a gown off the rack and I just had to say, "Yes to the dress!" I had such a good experience at Bella's! Carolyn was my consultant and she made finding my dream dress stress free & fun! Everyone was so sweet and helpful the entire time we were there. I would highly recommend Bella's to anyone looking for their perfect wedding dress!!

This is Carol, the owner. I am so sorry that this happened. We have never shipped dresses out of the country and will never do it again because of the shipping problems and time involved. I mailed the last dress over 2 months ago and no one can tell me where it is or when it should arrive. I have inquired about getting another dress and paying a fortune to have it shipped overnight at my cost but they can't make it in time. I had the best experience. It says the kind of bridal experience I've always dreamed about. Angela, my bridal consultant, was great! She listened to what I wanted and made the experience everything I've ever wanted. Highly recommended this place for a bridal gown
I had the best experience at Bella's with my consultant, Carolyn. I found my dream wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses in one visit. She was attentive, helpful and so sweet! My family and I visited other bridal boutiques before coming to Bella's and the customer service, selection and overall experience at Bella's is unmatched!
