I have the best experience at Bella’s , I found the dress I dreamed about. Olivia was a great consultant and very sweet.
The only thing I can thank Bella’s for is the hours I go my to spend with my grandmother while she fixed my dress 2 days before my wedding. I travelled an hour one way, what has got to be close to 7 times for fittings and corrections in a 4 month period. The first problem was my consultant being too concerned about who was texting her to listen to what I was trying to say I wanted. HORRIBLE organization. Made multiple trips back and forth! Dress came in the wrong color, they did not call to inform when the dress was ready for fitting. Dress was here in September and we are two days away from the wedding and my dress is still not ready! Last trip up there they locked the doors and cut the lights off so when I got there I could not get in for my appointment. Over priced for the service you receive. Would not recommend! Terrible experience!
