The most unprofessional place i’ve ever been to. My mom is getting married in three weeks, and we decided to order everything with them to have the same theme. I had ordered the pillows personalized, its on the receipts, and they came blank because they said it was extra charge, i wouldn’t had mind paying extra, but they didn't even tell me or anything. This place needs to put its acts together. They're more focused on making a quick buck than delivering a good service.
They made my dress shopping simple. Finally found my wedding dress here for a great price. Employees were very polite. Bought dress of rack so I did not use their alterations. This place it's nothing too fancy but makes up with beautiful dresses and great staff.
DO NOT order your tux here!! They done well with my daughter in laws dress so I took my son here for his tux. Nothing fit, they did order a different jacket. Which was fin . I took the groomsman tie and suspenders in the get the right colo . It didnt match at all, they ordered the wrong color. What was supposed to be the best day of their life turned into a nightmare!! Thanks Bellas for ruining my sons wedding!!!I will never do business with you again!! 🤬😡
Yesterday..I had a first time experience...!! I had the cops called on me..!!! I had my daughter's evening dress hemmed...at a Bella's Bridal Boutique...while my daughter was trying it on for measurements...I don't know if the lady got the zipper caught in material and forced the zipper...but the zipper broke as she was zipping it..!
