I don’t have the mental ability to get into 100% details about the entire awful experience that my now wife had with Will at Bella’s Bridal. I wish I could put 0 stars. It started with snarky comments about her native status card, which we brushed over because it’s common. Then placing a deposit (over $1000) on a dress with 18 months to go to our wedding, just because it was her dream dress. Can anyone tell me where they have disappeared to???? I paid $395.50 for my daughters bridesmaid dress, and my 3 girlfriend who are also in my bridal party all put down a deposit of $195.75 on their gowns on April 8th, 2033. We were told the dresses should be in by end of July. I’ve been calling “say it with love” (their apparent bigger store) now for 3 weeks with no return call. We had a terrible experience at Bella’s Bridal. We were immediately greeted by the ?owner who stated “my wife thought you weren’t going to show up.” This man never introduced himself, I do not know his name. The man was dressed unprofessional. He immediately said “sorry I’m a boy.” Him being a male was not an issue up until this odd comment. The dress selection was slim.
