Go somewhere else...I ordered my daughter's 15ñera dress. It was suppose to have arrived in much advanced time meaning a couple months ahead...because we had plans..well it wasn't. It took for ever to arrive my daughter 15ñera date was clise, and finally arrived LONG...we PAID for their mistakes, plus the alterations were horrible, crooked. ...thank God I know professionals. We had her dress look decent. ..Bellas has horrible service!!! Oh and save your receipts...won't go into detail..
Bellas bridal has the best staff!!! So helpful even though the store is packed.. they make time for u and make u feel welcome... all with a smile..I can't thank Teresa enough for ALL her help and patience with my family and I. .... other local bridal store need to take customer service lessons from teresa and the rest of the staff...
I recently went looking for a prom dress, and no one helped me or asked me if I needed help, I had to do it myself. Bad service!
