I didn’t want to write this, but after giving the owner over 3 weeks to fix the situation privately, I feel it’s necessary to share. I had my lashes done on 5/10—my second time ever getting them professionally done. By the end of the appointment, my eyes were burning so badly the lash tech gave me a fan.
