I was looking forward to my haircut based on all the amazing pictures and reviews, although when I arrived for my haircut, there was only one person working, a male which is not a problem at all but it seemed as if he didn’t know what I was asking for. I asked for wispy bangs and received a normal trim off of my ends, so I asked again, bangs and wavered my hands over my head to signal and show him what I would like, then what surprised me was that he asked me I would like my eyebrows to be shaved off. Great haircut but very unprofessional. When you have a appointment they make you wait hours. And they are rude . Video recording a haircut and taking hours for one haircut when other clients are waiting that had a appointment
