I’ve loved my experience with Bellarmine. I like the staff, the fact there’s room for cars, the events the complex does and it’s close distance from campus. My floor, the 2nd floor, doesn’t smell like weed in the hallway which is something I was looking for as my friend’s apartments had that issue. The floors are also very clean and it’s easy to get maintenance if you need it. The only thing is there’s not a lot of kitchen storage space in the 4 person apartments. THE BEST APARTMENT IN TAMPA!!!! The staff are super personable, and take the time to create a relationship with you. They are always willing to help you out and our maintenance guy is always ready🧑. A really nice community, highly recommend. Go look up their insta @bellarminehall
To be brutally blunt, the management here feels like an HOA you hear your friend complain about at a party, but not do anything to change. Friendly on the surface, but the second you're a "problem" it's instant Karen vibes. They'll do anything to keep from having to take responsibility for real, complex issues. Heard horror stories from people who moved out, most people who become "problems" just wait out their lease and then cut and run.
