Bellarmine hall was very welcoming and clean. Katie and Michelle were very kind and informative!
I love this place!!! It is so nice and front desk staff and maintenance are so friendly! They help you figure out your issues so quickly. This is the best home I have ever had and it’s such a welcoming community. Haven’t had a single issue and I have lived here three years.
Bellamine Apartments is easily one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had—and it all comes down to the management, especially the manager, Michelle. She is downright rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I walked into Bellarmine for my tour, I knew it was the place I wanted to call home while studying at USF. The community and staff are great! Thanks to Jordan, Liz, Eva, Michelle and Michael, my move in was quick and seemless. They truly care about each resident. Transitioning between school and home can be challenging, but Bellarmine Hall truly feels like a community that becomes a second home. The property is always clean, and everyone is so friendly. Lived there in 2019-2020. Yvette smith and also staff Grace Bendis was the worst landlord that Ive ever had. Had a medical card and despite this not being covered under the lease at the time, she took major issue. Respectfullyq, I no longer smoked or vaped on property , but then when I was gone for several weeks over Christmas, I was falsely accused of smoking weed in my apartment simply because there was an odor in the halls.
