Lived there in 2019-2020. Yvette smith and also staff Grace Bendis was the worst landlord that Ive ever had. Had a medical card and despite this not being covered under the lease at the time, she took major issue. Respectfullyq, I no longer smoked or vaped on property , but then when I was gone for several weeks over Christmas, I was falsely accused of smoking weed in my apartment simply because there was an odor in the halls. Bellarmine Hall has been a wonderful place for our college student to call home. The move ins and move outs were always very smooth and problem-free, the maintenance requests were fixed in a timely and professional manner and the staff have always been very professional, helpful and supportive with any needs or issues that arose. It is close to USF and the staff runs fun activities to bring people together. I would highly recommend Bellarmine Hall to anyone.
I’ve loved my experience with Bellarmine. I like the staff, the fact there’s room for cars, the events the complex does and it’s close distance from campus. My floor, the 2nd floor, doesn’t smell like weed in the hallway which is something I was looking for as my friend’s apartments had that issue. The floors are also very clean and it’s easy to get maintenance if you need it. The only thing is there’s not a lot of kitchen storage space in the 4 person apartments.
