People are robbed constantly. They claim it’s a “gated community” and then took the gates off of their hinges. When I moved in the cabinets were full of the old tenants kitchen supplies. It looked like it hasn’t ever been cleaned.
I would absolutely NOT reccomend living here. I lived there for 2 years, and that was the worst decision I could have made. Their management was horrible! For one, we live in a "gated community" and in those two years, the gates NEVER closed despite how many times they said that they would. Their follow through was horrible. We had issues with pest control, and getting things fixed and more importantly billing issues. It was as if they operated with no sense of urgency. Gated apartments but gates are never closed therefore there is access to all sorts of people coming and going . Shootings, cars broken into etc.. Management has no answers to any questions or concerns about college students safety. Parents beware when looking for apartments for your students, apparently the gates are for decoration only here. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Management is terrible and does not care about you. Dog poop everywhere, our apartment will smell like weed from our neighbors and the office has done nothing about it nor do they care. They just want your money. This is not a safe place to live, there has been many shootings and so many drug deals here! I can't take this anymore which is why me and all my roommates are moving next year. Today you have a Fort Bragg soldier’s car towed and he has no money to get it out. He had a pass from his girlfriend and he showed the guy the passed. He is getting ready to be deployed. Really shame on you. This young man is serving our great country. Now I have to figure out how to help him get his car back.
Report them to the BBB. They pushed back move in a hour before key pickup. Write a bad review anywhere you can. Google, here, their Facebook, WHEREVER. My roommate got to move in because she’s from out of town and we have a PEST problem. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Delete this comment and I’ll repost it, block me & I’ll make another account. I lived at this place for 2 years and the reason why I moved is because I could not take it anymore. The 1st year that I lived there we had roaches really bad the apartment was so disgusting that I had to clean the floor before we even start moving in. We had roaches in our bathrooms and livingroom/kitchen area. Once we moved in everybody was missing furniture from their bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room that we were suppose to have. This place is terrible. They don't care about your safety or anything. The girls above me are obnoxious and run around screaming every night throughout the night. I've put in multiple noise complaints and nothing has been done. Not surprised. Don't waste your money.
