Nice building and good management. I’ve been living here for a year and maybe a couple months. I renewed my lease and that’s when all the parking issues began. Parking is filled to the brim it’s almost as if this building was built without taking into account the number of residents and cars. Often, if coming home later into the evening all floors except for the last two would be full. These are the most inconvenient places to park. I toured this apartment on October 5th, and the unit itself was clean and looked nice. However, the application process was a fiasco. I submitted my application on October 6th for a move-in date of October 31st and provided all the required documents, including my bank statements and pay stubs. Despite that, the process dragged on for over two weeks. We just recently moved to ATL and our experience with Bellamy has been fantastic. The building and amenities are clean and high quality. We feel safe because our neighbors seem respectful and studious. It’s centrally located which is a plus and can help you avoid traffic.
