When we first moved in, the complex was peaceful and pleasant. However, after nearly a year, the living conditions have noticeably declined. Parking has become a major issue. It’s often impossible to find a spot near our unit, especially if we return home late. I frequently end up parking on a different level and have to take the stairs to get home. I had such a great apartment tour with Melissa! She was so kind and thorough, explaining everything before I even had to ask. She showed me both a studio and one bedroom, and I love them both.The community was spotless and smelled so nice, which made a great first impression. Really nice and clean apartment complex. Naschely and her team have been super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is currently looking for housing.
I just moved into Bellamy and I couldn’t be happier! The community is great, the amenities are as advertised, and the move-in process was seamless. I want to give a huge shoutout to the leasing team, especially Naschely. She was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to answer all my questions, guide me through every step, and make sure I felt completely comfortable. Bellamy is lucky to have her!
Moving into Bellamy was a breeze thanks to Melissa! She made sure everything was squared away for me to have a smooth move. There’s a service elevator that you can reserve and you’re able to pull the truck up to it. The leasing agents and maintenance crew have all been very helpful and very kind. The building is very nice, clean, and quiet!
