I have been living here for two years, and overall, I have enjoyed my experience. The apartments are nice and clean and maintenance responds promptly and usually completes requests within a reasonable amount of time. The staff are all wonderful as well. My only concern is the guest parking policy. Visitors are required to pay $5 per day to park, which can become expensive and inconvenient for both residents and their guests, especially if someone is visiting for several days or a week. I walked in in Ariel approached me and she was amazing to talk to. She showed me around and generally made me felt like I can move here. It’s a beautiful place and quiet it seems and Ariel is the girl to talk to seriously when you go there ask for Ariel she’s amazing

I lived here from March 2024 through July 2026, and I really enjoyed my time at this community. I moved in shortly after the property opened, and overall it was a great place to live. I never had any issues with the management team or the maintenance staff. Everyone was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I lived in the A6 floor plan. I have lived here for one year and this apartment is decent. Management team always respond right away, great working space on the first floor, cool facilities and sits in a very safe neighborhood. Would recommend anyone looking for apartment in the area to tour here. Potential issue to watch out for is the occasional power outage and Internet outage. I wanna give 4.5/5 but the scoring system would not allow me.
