Moved here last June and this has to be the worst place I’ve ever stepped foot in. Mold all over the floors, terrible odor throughout the house, and it was COMPLETELY trashed and absolutely disgusting when I got in. A/C went out between June and they kept telling me “next week it will be fixed” and it never got fixed til October. If I could give zero stars, I would. This apartment complex is run by the most careless, disorganized, and downright useless management team I have ever encountered. Living here has been nothing short of a daily headache. The service? Abysmal. Maintenance is practically nonexistent. Requests get ignored, emails go unanswered, and the front office staff has the audacity to act annoyed when you follow up. You have to beg for basic things to get fixed.
