Bellamy & Associates has been a wonderful creative partner for the Meditative Mondays series we produce at Access Contemporary Music. We select the music, and Bellamy & Associates helps find a theme that connects it, writes a guided meditation shaped around the program, and provides an expert facilitator to lead the meditation. Their work is thoughtful and carefully crafted, and their facilitators have been consistently excellent and professional.

Casey is the best listener and is always so thoughtful and encouraging. Her supportive nature makes her a great therapist who will never judge but help you see things from a new perspective with lots of tools and resources available to you. My session with Coach Kelton was excellent. She was incredibly mindful of everyone’s comfort levels, especially with camera preferences and creating a safe, relaxed environment. I left the session feeling noticeably less stressed, and the guided movements made a real difference. I highly recommend Coach Kelton’s sessions to anyone looking for a supportive and calming experience.

My session with Coach Kelton was outstanding. I came in with no experience, and she walked through every movement with patience, clarity, and encouragement. She was also very attentive to everyone’s comfort, whether it was camera preferences or simply helping us feel at ease. By the end of the session, I felt noticeably more relaxed and confident.
