Assisted Living rooms look like prison cells. Wi-Fi is very bad and no *********** is poor and usually the same thing every day. Caretakers do not report bedsores that need attention nor do they do any medical treatment of them. Bathroom is only a 1/2 bath that a wheelchair can not fit into. Not a recommended place to put your loved one.

Average – Bellaken have only few good staffs and their turnover rate is high. Service just ok not great. They need to give more training to their nursing aids because many of them are clueless especially the night / mid-night shifts. Some of the workers are lazy too, according to my father who lives there. They do not answer their calls in the assisted living area, many times, you cannot any worker on the floor. They all seem to find a room to hide away from you. Food maybe good for your health but for sure not for your tast... read more
