I’m not sure how this building is rated so highly. It’s ran down. Everytime I come by there’s a door broken and a suite broken into. Some of the suites don’t even have A/C as well. It’s a poor building.
Nice building with lots of medical facilities. Easy access from SW Freeway. Just don’t use Dashwood from Hillcroft, too many stop signs.
