Genuinely cares for patients. Works hard developing a plan together with the patient as a team. Dr. Loftus and staff make themselves available for patients. Via the patient portal allows me to communicate with MD directly. For the first time in two years I am migraine free without an ER trip and the use of narcotics. Very helpful and great service
Dr Loftus takes his time to make sure you understand exactly what is going on. The office staff is amazing and always so friendly. The wait time has always been short. Driving three hours for my appointments with him are definitely worth it. Quality care!

Have been a patient for over three years and am very thankful for Dr. Loftus. Although I still suffer from chronic intractable migraine, he has given me the tools to manage it and live the life that I am able. He continues to listen to me and search for my solution. He makes himself available practically 7 days a week via his portal so I never feel alone and wondering what to do when things get really bad. Love Bellaire Neurology and the amazing staff! They always make sure I’m taken care of. Dr. Loftus is caring, takes his time, listens to what you have to say and doesn’t waste your time!
