Wayyyyy over priced. No cleaning service. Bugs in our room, owner was an absolute jerk to deal with. We will never ever stay here again. I’d rather sleep in my truck.
They cannot even show up to check in their guests. With actions like that you make the town look bad. I’ll never recommend this place, I’ll send people to Stone Waters Inn where they show up for their job.
ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR 4th OF JULY WEEKEND!!! We just cancelled our reservations for two rooms for July 2-5 checking out on the 5th. Unfortunately, I didn't pay close attention, and we were past the 2 week reservation change deadline and we'll have to pay for the rooms if nobody else rents them. So, go ahead and call! As of today there are 2 rooms available for one of the busiest weekends of the year in this area!!!!

Debbi has been taking care of us and the entire MSTA riding group each Fall for the past 7 years! Great location, very clean rooms, lots of parking, quiet setting, walking distance to DTown Bellaire!
