I'm conflicted. I like the doctor, but my husband and I came in this morning for a follow up appointment for my son's recent battery of tests they performed. There's no record of our appointment. And the front desk women acted like this was my fault. I was told to come in on this day at this time. I didn't just decide to show up. There was no apology, no oops we goofed but rather contempt and sighing. So we are waiting, which is fine, but I'm pretty sure we'll find another doctor.
Dr. Voss is the only one I will trust with my vision care. She and the staff are thorough, take the time to get it right, and listen to your concerns. It is also a very pleasant, friendly atmosphere.
I had been suffering from dry eyes for about a year now and seen a couple different eye doctors who couldn't figure out anything wrong with my eyes. I was referred to Dr. Moore at Bellaire Family Eye Care by more than one person and I'm so glad I came to her! She figured out what was going on with my eyes and after only a couple weeks of following her treatment plan and advice, I am so ecstatic to report that she cured my dry eyes and I no longer have to use eye drops!
