I have not missed any payments prior to moving out on this property on 31 Mar 2023. I have the receipt of the last payment I made. I was told by management at that time things were all good. I also have recordings string office managers saying how great of a tenant I was. This place constantly sells the property to different businesses and once you move out, they make up charges that you owe them and they have no documentation stating that you owe them. The management at Bellaire apts consistently loses payment records and inaccurately claims that tenants owe more than they do & there's never an explanation as to how the tenant owes? Bellaire fails to maintain basic cleanliness. The grounds and laundry room ate filthy. One of the washing machines smell like urine, there's insects, dog p*** on the floor sometimes in the laundry room.
