Great shop, very trustworthy I've used this shop on more than one occasion. They are reasonably priced and usually get me in right away. Most importantly, the guys here are very trustworthy. They've always done what they said they would and have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. My father, who is a mechanic in another state, was impressed by their work and reccomends the shop.
hmmmmm I know Gary Gray and he is not the type of person to write something with out signing his name! He is one hell of a mechanic, he has worked on my car and is very good at what he does. As it seems in the other reviews you guys like saying that Gary will be doing work on people's car (which means he is good) but you guys can not tell the truth and tell the customers that is he not working there.
don't go here, dishonest I will never take my cars back to this place. They aren't very honest, telling me to bring in my car and would have GAry work on it, and I found out that Gary doesn't even work there anymore. All the original Kirk McCauley people have left. I now take my cars to the dealers, where it is cheaper and I know it will be fixed right.
New Owner - Good Service Took my car in not realizing it was under new ownership. Read the reviews and was a little concerned but turned out my experience was just the opposite. Good service, and they worked me in for next day as I needed my headlight replaced. I also had the oil changed, and a general inspection of the vehicle. They did not try to sell me on any extras. The owner was great - he reassured me they would keep their prices competitive and deliver honest service. I will go back.

Good and reliable I have been using them for four years now. They have sold it to a new owner in that time and I have not felt a difference good or bad. They always do a nice and speedy job. It is SO much better than using Brown service. They even assisted in directing us in purchasing a quality used car. Very pleasant and reasonable pricing.
BAD WORK i used to work there and seen parts being bought for cars and the were never put on the vehicles and the new owner is a crook and a thief and a ex-convict...
Rip you off They gouge you every chance they get and yes, rip you off. Work you don't need and parts are triple the price and they charge a shop fee, they can't tell you what it is for, but it is unnecessary! Don't go here.
