Worst service I've ever had. This company is a JOKE. Said 6-8 months for our cookie cutter home and it will most likely take 13 months- their contract guarantees 12 months and they are taking no ownership. Excuse after excuse. I can't get in touch with the supervisor, builder, or anyone else besides my rep. Everyone is too "busy" to talk to me. This is the worlds worst builder. Promise a 6 to 7 month build on a small cookie cutter home of 1400SF and it takes 11 months. Problems with workmanship which is very poor to Supers yelling at neighbors for talking about how horrible their experience has been, pointing fingers at this person, that person and nothing getting done and call after call to get anyone over and to remind people what they said and a builder that when asked for compensation for the delayed close due to having no place to live, etc. , being told well... read more
Worst situation with a home builder I have ever dealt with. The arrogance is unreal with this builder. He has no concern for his clients or their homes.
Bellago Homes has been the worst home builder I have ever dealt with as far as timelines and workmanship as a real estate agent and as a buyer for my family. Move in was supposed to be by October. Ground was broken in April then it was changed to by Christmas and now it’s supposed to be a walkthrough in Two weeks. Horrible drywall and texturing, painting, trim, stucco, sub floors and just a mess. Missing insulation and then the walls covered up. I’m sure the uneven subfloors will not be fixed and just covered up by the wall... read more
