absolutely no hair nets on anyone, including the long-haired workers, our order was wrong. despite being corrected after waiting longer than necessary from the original order time, we got sick off the pizza
Pizza is excellent. Good luck getting it. I've tried everything from ordering ahead 6 hours, and calling it in an hour in advance. You show up when scheduled, without a doubt you will be told it'll be 20 minutes. Come back in 35 minutes. Pizza.wont even be started. Every. Single. Time. Only reason I'm being a Karen about it and writing a bad review is because I like this place a lot and want them to fix it. Never used to be this bad
Ordered from this location a couple months ago and got a pizza that was bland, no flavor, dry, and didn’t taste like a $35 dollar pizza, tasted more like a $15 dollar one. Oh well, I didn’t really care since I thought it was a one off, a fluke, especially after I’ve had consistently good Bellagios pizzas at other locations.(Wood Village) I was so wrong.
